AutoData Systems is a pioneer in imaging technologies. Founded in 1989, the company's original focus was to explore neural networks and the ability of computers to learn associations between data patterns and desired responses. These efforts have led the company to achieve major advancements in proprietary optical mark read (OMR), bar code and intelligent character recognition (ICR) technology, where AutoData currently holds six U.S. patents. Over the past ten years, AutoData has extended this technology to develop proven, cost-effective document imaging solutions for automated data collection. As a result, these turnkey systems reduce labor, increase data collection accuracy, and save financial resources. To date, AutoData has over 3,000 installations worldwide.
