InQuira announces the availability of a Siebel adapter with its 6.5 release. Certified by Siebel Systems on the Siebel 7 platform, the out-of-the-box adapter features two-way integration between the InQuira self-service application platform and the Siebel CRM platform. Siebel users can access the InQuira platform from within the Siebel environment? InQuira is integrated with Siebel's built-in Search pane (UI integration). InQuira can directly access content stored in the Siebel platform, enabling users to search, acquire, preprocess and index critical CRM data and supporting documents, greatly expanding the user's ability to leverage both Siebel data and external content in responding to sales and service requests from customers. The adapter also allows a single point of administration for InQuira, from within the Siebel application.
