Leo A. Wrobel has been in the disaster recovery business since 1986, and has published 11 books and over 500 trade articles. He has written Disaster Recovery Plans for a host of banks, brokerages, manufacturing, telecommunications and government entities. He is a former Mayor, and former CEO of a 50 state telecom company. Leo holds degrees in Telecommunications Systems Technology, Electronics Systems Technology and Business and Public Policy.
