ABSTRACT:
The Commonwealth Bank of Australia (CBA), which serves the banking needs of more than 10 million customers, provides loans, checking and savings accounts, and other financial services.
CBA employees used manual, paper-based processes and disparate database systems to gather customer information. The result was a slow, inefficient system that led to long customer lines.
CBA deployed CommSee, a customer relationship management platform built on the Microsoft® .NET Framework. The integrated system automated workflow and provided a complete view of a customer.
